13 stars weapons don't have gauges on CF.
Also as ZwrotakerZX said, if it's not in the droptable, it cannot drop. Did you find anything or are you just hoping for a lucky drop?

It's hard to say at this point, but since other titles that are used as requirements are account based, it's likely that the titles for Hero will be as well.

Also as ZwrotakerZX said, if it's not in the droptable, it cannot drop. Did you find anything or are you just hoping for a lucky drop?
