Hmm the part about premium is confusing. Is premium not account wide? Will I have to use a premium set on each ship?

Premium is account-wide, that will be shared across all characters within the same account.

None of your casino coins will come with you.

Transfer a 80/80 character if you have more than one. Assuming your parties are good enough, you CAN run double Zephyrus/Gracia.

What IS shared across ships, if anything?

Any title rewards you HAVE NOT claimed yet will be available for claiming on the new ship. Title IS account-wide though, so once claimed on the new ship, you can no longer claim it on old ship.

Oh and yeah you get put in a queue when you ask for a transfer, and transfer is performed during maintenance. Depending on how long the queue actually is, you may or may not get to move after the next maint. The line usually isn't that long so there shouldn't be a delay, but just in case. You also need to have enough AC in your account for the transfer before maint happens, otherwise they won't do it for you.

I decided to do a little affixing and noticed that there are no more Elegant Boosters AT ALL on my ship, be it for striking, ranged, or technics? So they were a limited time thing? Where did they come from and does it look like we'll get more of them in the near future?

Last time we had Elegant Boosters was with the one week only Golden Week Scratch back at the end of April, where they came in bundles from the Gold Scratch. Before that was they only came from the New Year Carnival 2017! Support Item Scratch (mid-March) and the Year-End Support Item Scratch, both of which were only a week long as well. Thus far, they have not been part of normal AC Scratch rotation.

Unfortunately I only have my main at 80/80. All my alts are fighter of some form so theyve got the requirements complete for that, but if I transfer I might switch her to fi/HU as well. The damn level cap requirements are stupid, hate grinding excessive class cubes for the subclass -_-

1) Sometimes I get this purple "slashing" animation around me that looks and sounds like katana PA "Asagiri". It seems to happen randomly, but only after Ive done a bunch of damage. It lasts about 10 seconds and doesnt seem to do any damage. I was using DS as Fi/Hu if that matters. What is this?

2) Can the shift action whirlwind on DS stack or does it only overwrite the duration?

3) What is the best thing to do for dps on a sandbag (white falz core etc)?

1) Odds are that is your lv200 Striking Mag's Special Action. It takes 2 minutes to charge and it triggers when you attack a boss or sub-boss.
2) I believe it just extends the duration, though most of my experience with it is using the ring that triggers it automatically during PA use without draining the Gear Gauge.

Sounds to me like Mag's SP Action .....
it has 120s cooldown (shown with aura around Mag when it's ready, will activate when hitting boss / mini-boss ... or took hit too, I believe).
It deals damage at melee range, recover 1 PP per hit, increase player's damage by 0.5% / hit (capped at 10%) .......
