Charge advance at best.

It also works with wind/lightning latents on weapons, so a crafted satellite riser would work.

You can get 2 extra SP from cubes. The first one costs 3 cubes, and the second one costs 6.

Question: Anyone knows the name of the skill/technic/class that makes you have more HP?
Generally my HP is around 1300+, however, sometimes I'm doing EQs with other players, and I notice that my HP goes to around 1600+, sometimes even 2000!
So, anyone knows how this is done? I've searched around the skill tree, but did find nothing related to this in the descriptions... Then again... Maybe I need glasses. XDXD

Deband Toughness, TE tree. It maxes out at 1.25x, so I'm not quite sure how you're getting 2000 from 1300.

You don't need to do anything to get All Skill Tree Reset Passes; they're automatically given whether you've actually done anything on your character or not. I haven't touched this toon since I made him and still got the pass:
