You have to complete the Level Cap trial from Koffie first. She's the second NPC at the quest window. After completing that you'll be able to level to 40.

I have a question too...is it worth it to increase the attributes on weapons? I have a crap-ton of synths.

Yes. You get a flat attack increase from attribute percentage even if they don't match enemy weakness. In short, always go for 50%.

You need level 30 in unit installing to unlock it.

I personally don't think they're worth the effort with how expensive they are compared to the general Naberius installs, plus actual increase on the ability effects is only a few percent higher. I suppose the extra HP and fire resist is nice for those who have trouble surviving, though.

There's also the fact that the upcoming holiday EQ is a Naberius quest.

Why in the holy hell of all hell is it nearly impossible to find a goddamn Satellite Cannon Disk?

I've been spamming Tunnel SHAQ like the End of Days is imminent and it seems that I will forever be stuck at Satellite Cannon Lv. 12. Geezus, effin' Christ have mercy. I hate this "hunt the goddamn disk" setup and if you're not lucky well sad day for you garbage-of-a-game-design.

Did you meant affixing Lucky Rise 3?
There's an ability called Gift Receptor (if my memory is right) to transfer Lucky Rise ....... obtainable from PSO2es, I think.

I just noticed today due to a random Lilipa EQ that Trick or Treat 3 is still in rotation. Was this mentioned in the patch notes? This would be the first time I have seen a seasonal EQ kept in rotation after it was done.
