Hm, can those occur there? Because, according to Amelin's order rewards and Cirnopedia, those belong to Caves and Ruins respectively. I know rainbow can happen in city, but will it qualify for CO?
Oh caves? Well I'll be dam, I thought you where mentioning about the firefly figures from tunnel's discharge event (I get those two mix up because.......tunnels seems more closer to fireflies than caves to me). So yea its caves only but really rare.
I'm not sure if the rainbow in city clears for ruins.

If you have 50 element and lv.5 in the skill, does that mean you get 50% of your 50 element = 25, and non-weak elements are 12.5?
Or does it mean you get the full 50 and non-weak elements are 25.
25% / 12.5% is correct.
