Set up a new PC for my brother, and got PSO2 installed. Upon attempting to log in, it asks for a verification code. However, the email with the code is not arriving. I've tried three different times over the last two days. Checked the spam folder, too.

Is something up with the verification code emails?

I am a little bit confused because if you have every fodder like the link provided, then the pass rate for all affixes should be 100% when you use 40% boost.

3 Power III + 1 Quartz (not restricted to Quartz, but any Pow III boosting soul will do) will create Pow IV at 60%

3 Power III + 1 Mutation II will create Pow IV at 70%

Oh okay, I see. If you problem is with putting in Apprentice Soul instead, then you could use a 5 Slot Soul Receptor fodder.

complete show time star, chain f bonus and chain finish to shine even more killing bosses, after that you will have 1 sp left, maybe you can use it for tmg arts charge.
Also, if that Ra is you sub tree, killing bonus 10 is a must for a Gu.

I personally feel it's just going to strengthen the already strong classes and not really make anything "non-meta" viable, because SEGA just likes throwing more power at people to get people to play.

But I'm more concerned with allowing non-meta builds to actually be usable enough in XH so that I dont find myself in the bottom 6 in regards to DPS and/or usefulness when I'm playing properly.

Can somebody elaborate on weekly XQ quests for extra passes ? I've seen people briefly mention it here and there but don't know where to find it in-game.

You don't get "extra" passes. Clotho has 3 CO that give a bit of meseta and one pass each. To do all 3 of them you need to do a total of 5 XQs though.

Alis also has a CO for XQ that will reward you 1 XQ pass, the requirement is you cannot bring NPC partners with you in one of the runs, but you can bring other players or friend partners with you.

In short, you can get 7 XQ passes from Login per week, and you get 4 XQ passes from the Clotho's and Alis's COs
