if you see number in <EQ name> it's simply meant it just passed.
as for which EQ in 2 kanji, refer to
pso2.swiki.jp. Twitter usually use the same kanji inside the table. As for which quest is it, it's color coded.
Copy-paste the kanji in twitter, find the link just below the table with same color, click the link on the right side (just beside the colored background), and you can see the map, so you know which quest is it.
Once you got the hang of it, you should be able to know which quest is it, based on color (or maybe just looking at the kanji)
I personally can't read the kanji, just matching it like graphic thing.
Some cases :
「発生中」 = on-going (simply if it's inside a bracket, then it's on-going)
採掘場跡 = Easter (for now)
白ノ領域 = Harukotan (if you see 2 stacked box at the start, it's simply mean Harukotan)
ナベリウス = Naberius (all EQ in Naberius, currently Wind and Rain included in here)
リリーパ = Lilipa
アムドゥスキア = Amduscia
ウォパル = Vorpal
