1. Spending AC during their campaigns. Right now you can get one for buying 2 Medical Cure Station G scratch. Also between the 7th and 21st spend a total of 10k AC to get 3 Ragol Memories. That is four you can get right now.
2. Yes. You can only go from 2015 to 2016 not the other way around.
3. Hmm going to guess LQ right now. As those usually drop badges.

Make sure you do the 'new' EQ 'Regiment of the Wicked'. Gal drops a good chunk of them. Just got done, I did 4 runs I think, and got 46 Gold using 250% rdr, 100% tri, and 30% daily.

About NT grinding, if i don't wait to be at +30 for using same weapon as fodder, that still unlock the level cap ?
