You need to get the device transfer code from the old phone and then you'll be able to put into the new phone and register it.

Can you get rare personality eggs tekked? Or are rare personality egg untekked?

Any egg can come tekked or untekked. If you want every egg to be untekked, make sure to get Zeig's Fortunate Omen Charm.

Rare personalities can only be obtained from untekking an egg, tekked eggs will only have regular personalities upon dropping. You can just obtain an egg with the rare personality with an equal rarity or higher than your current rarity pet to convert it to your desired trait.
