You can also use a Buster Stamina Restore item, that'll also bump you from 2 to 3. I did that yesterday.

But yeah, that's the only way to get a "third" stamina point - running a Free Match when you're at two or by using something to restore a BQ Stamina.

I don't have an image, but from doing it with a few characters somewhat recently I believe the order is like this:

-Forest
-Volcanic Caves
-Desert
-Tundra & Coast?
--Tundra -> Subterranean Tunnels
--Ruins
--Coast -> Quarry
--Seabed
--Shironia
--Floating Facility
--Kuronia


I'm pretty sure this is the order, though I could be wrong.

What does the premium symbol mean underneath the random drinks shown here:

It says that the symbol denotes guaranteed effects on the premium version, however theres no premium Random drink.

Theoretically yes. Realistically most PAs and Techs, especially multi-hit or charged ones, might not fit exactly with the notation listed on the PA or Tech itself. For example, Il Megid does 34% of its noted damage per hit, while Gurren Tessen does 20% of the damage on the first hit, and 80% on the second.
