Edit: Amendum, if the nox rifle, does this change when the orbit rifle hits 40 element?

I know 60 is required for the long haul, but this is for during the process of getting there.

40 element orbit > 50 element nox, especially considering how bad Nox Rifle potential is.
I'd say if you already have a Nox use that one for leveling til you get orbit to 40 element and can equip it then use it to grind orbit.

OTP is definitely worth using as long as you don't derp and lock yourself out. If you keep a back up of your security code from google, you will be fine.

I'd estimate 350-400 millions per unit if Dudu favors you. If Dudu is not kind, make that "infinite".

Ok, I give. I can't figure out how to get the item patch to work without the tweaker. All I know is I need a ddraw.dll, but the one I have just deletes itself after PSO2 starts and either gives me a 1013 error or just doesn't translate the items.
