They behave the same way but they don't help each other stack to the max damage.
1% = 15 JAs in a row for max bonus. 2% = 8 JAs in a row. 3% = 5 JAs in a row. Use a different weapon, seriously.

Completely missed that stacking point while theorycrafting, 5 JA does seem a lot to be worth it :|

No mention of when, but, if I recall correctly, dataminers have found references to 12* passes in the game files.

Is lucky Rise III any good because I was wondering how to get it into my weapons

Lucky rise 3 increases item drop rates as much as Temptation, but unlike Temptaion, it can be transferred with the help of Gift Receptor. You'll need 3 Lucky Rise IIIs to have even a average chance of it sticking to what you want it to stick to.

In my case, I managed to play around with gift receptor enough that I got Meseta Fever II and Meseta Fever III on my Klotho mechs. Meseta Fever I can't be added if you're adding Meseta Fever III and vice versa. Meseta Fever II can go with either ability.

Unlock all areas and finish Koffe's COs. Should get you somewhere into the late 40's.
