For kneeling with your head down, the closet I would say is probably the male version of 86「落ち込む」. There is also 77「お参り」, but that is more of a reverent bow.

EXP penalty kicks in when you are 16 or more levels below the enemy level, so for max risk SHAQ you would need to be lv65 to not have the penalty.

Advance Quests are your best bet, the rare enemy boost PSE is naturally occurring there. And no, rare boosters do nothing to enemy spawns.
