I have question about wand weapon potential

Negative Hunter (13% damage boost on Darker at Lv.3)
or Strength Crystal (Boost effect of wand reactor by 10% at Lv.3)

which one is better ?

Negative Hunter is better, but if you're looking for a Wand for Darkers, get the new 10* wand 新光小槌.
It has 1090 S-Atk (more than any other wand) and +8% EWH damage.

What are some Technics I should use as a Bouncer? Are there any that combo well? Or just put them in separate slots?

If you could list them out by element that would be nice. I don't understand the naming scheme yet for the Techs. Reminds me of Final Fantasy naming though

So which would murder Ragne faster, a Vibrace Rod, with 50 fire and potential maxed, using fire techs or a Caduceus with 50 light and potential maxed, with light techs?
