If you create a new character.....do they not have access to the ticket able items you have? (Things you've used two tickets of so all characters can see them?)

I notice when I was about to create a character....my saved preset didn't go off even though I have those things account able.

Not during initial creation, but once you enter the game proper, you do.

my 14* Atra TMG is stuck at 52/60 element power... how else can I remedy this??

Obtain same weapon with same element and combine the two.

Buy Element booster from player shops.

Combine with other 14s?
