Oh. You cannot trade Ragol Memories, unfortunately, as they're an Event Item.

Ragol Memories are currently attached to spending certain amounts of AC during any Campaigns Sega puts up that reward them which they haven't really done lately. So atm (I think) you can't get any as far as I know

With only a few of exceptions, items from the Ragol Memory Exchange cannot be put in Player Shops; the Cast Repca outfits fall under the umbrella of what cannot be purchased from Player Shops as you can see in the listing here (scroll down past the drop down bars).

like Anduril mentioned, you cant buy them, tied to campaign and untradeable from anything currently in-game. just have to hope Sega bothers to put them out again soon

XH now requires 75/75 to play. The upcoming Quintessence of Steel rematch will also require 80/80.

Lilipa Vest is a rare item obtained from Lilipa gathering sites, rare meaning that you don't receive it that often. So, in essence, you just have to keep trying.

You can try using a cuisine to improve your chances. Since Lilipa Vests are obtained from gathering (green) nodes, Sub Tunnels Spiral Shell Salad looks like it would be the most helpful, granting 30% improved chance of receiving items of type "Other" (Lilipa Vests are of type "Other"), and 5% improved chance of getting an additional gather per attempt.

More than likely you haven't unlocked that recipe, yes the game is that kind of BS when it comes to gathering. You just have to keep gathering in the proper location to unlock the achievement that lets you learn the recipe. In this case you have to collect in Shironia and get the 2nd Tier Achievement regard Shironia Bean Sprouts.

The 1st Tier require you to collect 3 Bean Sprouts, that will get you a Tunnels Shellfish Salad. The 2nd Tier you have to collect 15 and you will then get the recipe itself.
