Lightning: other than zondeel, ilzonde and stun for some bosses, not worth investing points into lightning tree
Dark: Gimegid is pretty PP efficient, half of fomelgion's power comes from this
Fire: General purpose mob clear. Rafoie is lazymode mobclear. Other half of fomelgion's power

If you're anything besides Fo or Elemental Stance Bo, none of the 3. Just grab Light and call it a day; the element weakness is not that significant to warrant a separate weapon.
