See if you can access the main site, if you can, then your ISP's backbone route has no problem.

Yes, "add x class" is consumable item when crafting. Don't forget to use them on the very last step only.

I dont think it was, I saw on a char, was in the same position as Red wing Cloack, but looked just like a red Devil Wing, maybe im wrong, should have ps'ed it.

Then it might be either the new Leg Devil Wings / レッグデビルウィング, which changes color with outfit, or the Dark Race Wings / ダークレイスウィング .
