Normal running speed is already fast enough, unless you're trying to do TA, then the DB グランドクロス／リヒト with it's Destruct Wing PA might be better.

11* TD Dual Blade with PP Save. When out of PP (after using Ilzonde), you can just step > jump > shift action to keep moving, avoiding the acceleration process while still moving at full speed.

Strictly speaking you'll use a combination of weapons, but if you only plan to use one, go with that.

I'm impressed by how fast this took down Blu. I remember him as one of the hardest bosses to solo as a RA/BR. I'm just wondering if it's at SH though. I get the feeling this person did this at a lower difficulty or can you really do that at SH?

Yeah, there's a variety of ways you can do it really. Should be able to do it as a 55/30 even.

I still think it takes quite a bit of practice regardless of level. Although, equipment probably plays a big part as well. I tried the combo on Bal Rodos SH, but I only have the 10* Susano and only Mizer Soul, Shoot III, Spirita III. Trying to see if it was my lack of damage or if I messed up somewhere.

Arma Ros did a video of all Free Field bosses as Ra/Br without WB, and tends to use more elaborate (if unnecessary) Banish combos - see 2:34 for Ringa. If you need more damage in your burst, you can try looking there for ideas:

Reduce graphic setting, turn off unnecessary application.
