you get the deluxe upgrade from purchasing pso2 digital deluxe code retail like from play-asia. afterwards you visit your visipohe and you should be able to find an option to enter your code there.

Yeah, Gunslash bullets are R-ATK based.

3 active at one time, but you can't select the same three weapons
