About NT-grinding, do I need to wait until a weapon is +30 before I start giving it same name fodder in order to go past +30 or can I do this any time?

you can do it at any time but I recommend saving them for last, +30 to +35 exp is a lot higher than +1 to +10 exp, saves a few grinders to wait till then end on feeding copies and meseta too

I might have an outdated skill sim, but what are su/br and su/fi's stats at 75/75 without affixes and gear, trying to think of what I should affix for su units, and normal skill sim doesn't have stat values for su apparently.

btw, where would be a good place to drop Blitz Fender, Eagle Flint and Blue Machinegun?

blitz fender is marked as PD only drop, NOTHING else counts towards the % bar and finding it by any other means doesn't count at all
eagle flint is any lv71+ mob, best way to get this is go out and kill a bunch of stuff in XH it'll drop as soon as the bar fills
blue machine gun is best looked for in SH AQs, specifically tunnels/coast/desert/sanctum any of those 4, will not drop in the other AQs not listed there, and here in AQs it wont glow white like you would expect, just sorta keep an eye out for any tmg and pick it up, if its the one you need the CF will automatically clear the space upon picking up the item

According to Bumped.org, clearing all four missions in a weaponoid side story is supposed to grant a rainbow weaponoid stone as a reward, yet i don't recall ever getting one, with fourth chapter's Battle Bonus system granting a gold stone and three prior chapters granting silver ones. Does one need to clear the side story several times to receive the stone or were the rewards adjusted at some point?

You're not guaranteed a Rainbow Weaponoid Stone, it's all RNG once you're on the gift system.

IDK if their info is wrong or you're not remembering it right, but to get a rainbow weaponoid stone, you have to keep using the chip of whatever weapon waifu you have completed their story to, and eventually they'll send you a gift in the mail like a creepy obsessive ex. It's random what you get. You might even get the weapon they represent.
