How do I unlock extend level 7 and up for weapons? I looked at bumped and it seems like its telling me to craft 25 1-3 star striking, range and tech weapons.

Further and detailed on how to unlock new "recipe" for level 7 craft, see in-game craft achievement menu.
It display the unlock prerequisite and your current unlock progress.

Yes, craft mean extend if you're talking about weapon and units.
Bunch of people refer anything related to craft feature as crafting, this include weapon/unit extension, PA/tech customization, or timed ability; making "crafting" more or less contextual.

Is it possible to complete all event chronicles for ep1 main event after completing ep2 story(defeat persona)? I realised after completing ep2 story, i have 3 locked events in event chronicles for ep1 main event.

If they didn't change anything, any event left locked will automatically unlocked for you upon clearing EP1~3 story (this doesn't include EP4 events of course).

I havent played in about a month or so and I have been trying to get the Titan Stinger collection weapon. I know drop boosts increase the collection file, but it is still going up incredibly slow and I cant find any parties to run las vegas free roam. Any alternative methods for these collection weapons and do I still even have time to get this before the collection file is timed out?

People are actually running "Riding Quest", which you should have unlocked by doing Free Field Las Vegas already. Iirc, Sega said they planned on extending the Las Vegas Collection File, but I could be wrong. In any case, Riding Quests themself can drop those weapon, as well as the Tokyo's serie of 13*.

You have to set it to the weapon. On the list it is "Weapon Action."

There's a single CO titled "Trial of A New Rank" that's for clearing at least one TACO on SH. most people do one SH TACO, and the other 4 VH.
