No there isn't. All you can do is set a keyboard shortcut to "Camera Select Forward/Reverse" in the Keyboard Settings.

You kinda answered your own question: your weapon has no potential and isn't even extended at silva tier (ext lv9 and up on 7~9★)

So I recall reading a while ago, that you can farm Dark Nero stones from Falz Hunar in high risk SHAQ Ruins.

What drop rate could one expect from that?

When you craft a weapon, it loses its innate variance reduction [uncrafted 7*+ weapons have a difference of only 10% between their lowest possible damage and their critical damage], so there is a large gap between its minimum possible damage and its critical damage, but once you craft it to an EX level where you use Silva type materials in the craft [for 7*-9* weapons, it's when you get to EX9], that gap gets significantly smaller [though never to the point of an uncrafted weapon].
