Elysion's potential, Innocent Appearance, boosts uncharged tech damage by 70% at lv3.
There are some techs that do half damage uncharged like Sazan, Sazonde, Ilbarta... These techs (and Namegid) with Innocent Appearance result in nice DPS.

Though Elysion is really weak by today standard unless maining Techer. You may want エンジュリーミスティー (Angely Misty) instead.

Whenever there is a Matoi/Quna etc. character on the free friend list, i'm sending a friend request since i want to play more with them without hoping to see then there tomorrow.

But they refuse to accept my friend requests, doesn't matter if the dudes are JP or foreigner.

If you're specifically talking about npc clones, then I can take a guess.

I have a clone myself and I often get friend invites from random passerbys. I usually end up declining them if 1) I don't know them already or 2) they're fellow npc clones themselves.
Explaining your reason helps but it's likely that they already get enough invites to turn most of them down automatically.

Maybe it'll help if you leave a whisper but some might consider that annoying...
