Is there any reason to take the 13* Takts to +35?

Also between Yuki Kaze's "Damage recieved by Pets is reduced by 5%, Pet HP regenerates by 10% every 10 seconds." and Zeinesis Pick's "Increases Party's Power by 2% and recovers 10% of a Party Member's Max HP every 30 sec." Which one is more preferable? I'm thinking Zeinesis Pick, but that's only because when I tried out Summoner when they were released the pets seemed to be pretty fragile and 5% damage reduction doesn't feel like enough to keep them alive. Not sure if that's changed now.

The only reason I can see is for their potentials. I'm thinking Zeinesis Pick overall seems much more useful. It's easy enough to adjust your candy placement for pets to make them a little more survivable, or at least carry a rotation of numerous pets on your palette to swap out when one dies.

Some of my friends said that both of the Ring only affect the Ring user itself and won't affect other player (and I know that EPPR Ring won't affect Hero TMG but cast that aside in this question).
To players that experienced with the Rings, is it truly affect other players or not?

The Ring is functionally identical to the actual Skill in all but effectiveness. It will cast a Field around you that grants players standing in it a 15 second buff at 15 second intervals. This includes both you and anyone standing near you.

As far as I know, there was a bug for FriendPartner (the one that Field-ring only affect user).
Not sure if it's already fixed.
