For the level cap : I can only suggest you use another class to trigger Coffee's message (that you are allowed to go to 65) then get back to the class you were using.

Some items are priced ridiculously in the fun shop, so the best might actually be to simply scratch fun tickets. You might get interesting items out of them too.
I don't have the time to look anymore, so what are all these new 11*s people are getting? Where do they drop from and are they any good?
I haven't logged in yet so I haven't been able to check anything out

They are from new advance quests, though there are few new XQ weapons as well. Some are ridiculous, some are useless - everything as usual.
I'm playing around with a new skill tree for my Ranger and noticed Tool Mastery.
Tool-type skills are things like Katana Combat and Rapid Shot, right?
Or is it stuff like Brave Stance?
Tool mastery is only for traps and stun grenades.
The scratch, unless there's something specific from the shops you want that you can't get from the scratch anyway.
What exactly is the benefit of additional skill trees?
For example, if you have a Hunter/Ranger chara, what is the benefit of
- buying a Force skill tree?
- another Hunter or Ranger skill tree?
Do you get to use the Force skills/PAs/Weapons?
