How much extra grind exp is awarded when a great success on an NT weapon's grind occurs?

I've just tried the game after the graphics update. I don't feel anything changed much with level 6.

but then I played it on PS4 and noticed the graphics are better there.

I know I must be doing something wrong so could someone help? what else should I change on PC to make it look better?

Do you have the slider set to 6 on the launcher? How about the texture/shaders quality quality settings in the launcher? I find that, at least in my case, those settings can mess up the level slider. Also check the graphics options in game as well.

The difference is all in shading and lighting, and I've definitely seen the improvement since the update on PC.

You need to pick the Crafting shop option at the recycle shop, here's a pic of which items you need to search for:

The primary function of Support Partners is to do fetch quests for you. You may find it useful to have this so you can make the game auto Franka quests while you're not playing. It's up to you though; if you don't have any ideas for a new character, you can let it sit.

Recycle Shop's Crafting Shop (by the badge shop)

does atk skill boost stack if used on a sub class?

as long as it doesn't say "Main Class Only"

Also, how strong is Viola? I got lucky with a 13* in the last EQ.
