Hey guys. I was hoping that somebody who is experienced with the Vita version of the game could help me.
I play on the PC but would like to be able to play on the Vita too for portability.Since I live in the SEA region, I've setup a VPN on my phone and conneceted my Vita to it via hotspot. My Vita is able to access the internet with it, but for whatever reason my IP on the Vita does not change, but the IP on my phone does.
I would appreciate it if somebody could provide possible solutions to this matter. I'm using mobile data instead of WiFi too, if that is of concern.

So I just hit Lv70 on one of my classes and I was wondering.
What are the benefits of moving on to XH Difficulty or should I just stick to SH?
Chance at 12*, higher rates for 10* and 11*, more xp.
If theres no 12* that you care about, or you want to level up a 50-69 character feel free to run SH. Then theres some EQs like Magatsu where it can be more profitable to do SH because you can get a ton of excubes because it goes much faster.
