Level 10+ PA disks drops in VH/SH difficulty. Level 17 drops in XH difficulty (With some exception of Advanced quest PA disk)

Currently crafting a 7*, and I know that the damage variance shouldn't matter much if I use Silva materials. But is the damage variance even less as I proceed further in extending, or is LV 9 Extend enough?

2% and afaik, no they don't.

Ext Lv9 or Ext Lv12 have the same variance reduction.

Looks like the variance modifier for 7*-9* EX Lv9-12 is 66% (versus uncrafted 7*-13* 90%).
