Wild guess: Get out of whisper or put /p on your macros. Not sure if whisper actually blocks those.
In another case that happened recently, they sometimes just stop working full stop, so you'll need to relog.

Is the "Great Sun Diety" Potential useful?
What counts as fine weather? Does it work in the extreme quest? Dark Falz? Mining Base Defense?
I believe any weather patterns in Arks Quest or Free Field stop when you reach area 3 or the boss area so that would be guaranteed "good weather"?
Boss rooms are permanently sunny
However, rooms with no concept of weather (Dark Falz for example) do not count as having any sort of weather at all, so they don't work there.
