There are 2 sets of keybindings: one for TPS mode and one for the usual third person perspective.

It's possible that your chat binding in TPS mode was removed. idk why.

Let's say, in theory, that someone reached level 50 without ever unlocking Very Hard... would they have Super Hard available to them?

Pretty sure you do need to Unlock VH for SH to be usable; it's most likely that the internal flag for SH is Level 50 and VH being unlocked.

What's the best mobbing method for Br/Ra? Weapons? PAs?

What's the best mobbing method for Br/Ra? Weapons? PAs?

Mobbing wise, use everything you have. I mostly use Assault Rifle, PAs being Diffuse Shell close range, and Piercing Shell for long range.
I go back and forth with TPS, so if you can't manual aim as well, it might be hard to constantly one shot stuff.
Launcher I use for small clusters, Cluster Bullet still hits hard. Cosmo Breaker is ok, but I don't like it myself.
Bow can definitely mob with Penetrating Arrow. In SH and up, mobs love to run at you. If they're still a bit spread out, shoot a Gravity
Point in front of them and place a Penetrating Arrow for all their faces. Others supposedly use Torrential Arrow, but I don't
mess with that myself. Penetrating Arrow means either they're dead, or like Goldras, you broke their face.
