Just to add, to get the LA, you have to buy about 1500 yen's worth of participating products at 7-11 (Japan only of course). I actually had a friend tweet about how the clerk at the store laughed at them when they walked up with 15 bowls of some sort of instant ramen or something.
The LA is really expensive on the Ship2 player markets, Not sure about other ships.

You need to unlock the lv.7. Check you Crafting Achievements to see what the requirements to unlock it are.

Thinking about running FO/FI with Double Saber, Wand, and Gunslash as a combat-support build.
Is it feasible? How should I arrange my trees?
This may or may not be because I want to show off my Red Saber but don't want to use Doubles all the time.

I wrote an AC purchasing guide for JP PSO2 a long time ago. I don't play PSO2 anymore, but I still play Blue Burst sometimes. Maybe I'll catch you on there!
I would say you are better off going TE/FI. Not only does it have the best general tech support skills, but it also allows you to use the wand as a proper Melee weapon. TE and FI particularly synergize due to Chase and Wand Gear Element.
