Even fields (the tablets out in the field) are translated by the story patch. They aren't done as quickly as the matter board specific stuff. As for MB16, they're still working on it cause it's massive.

Yes as long as you have a dummy same type, same rarity to use on it.

What counts towards equip requirements besides Mag?
For example I want to get Susano Hiki, which requires 420 T-Def to equip.
No Hu max T-Def at lvl 70 is only 387.
Does T-Def from units factor in?
I.e. can I even quip Susano Hiki as Hu without a mag with lots of T-Def?
