Anybody else is having issue where the NPCs outfits turn different metallic colors at random (think Dural from VF)?

Different metallic as in the grey shades of not having loaded the model? If that's the case, you need to go to your graphic settings ingame and increase the number of concurrent player models to show.

Hard to explain and for some reason, I can't take screenshots (folder remains empty after taking one). But ya, I see their heads just fine, but the uniform itself is all wrong. It's OK when I first log on, but after a while, they all start getting funky.

Tweaker -> [!] button -> Other tasks -> Enable Large Address Aware

Do this every PSO2 update.

Did anyone figure out the minimum multiplier for Deto weapons at 0% gauge yet? Cant find any information in the comment section in swiki

rough testing suggest around ~4% at 0 gauge.
probably not the most accurate but it's around there

Currently, you can run the Halloween EQ and hope you hit the giant Emper Latan Rappy and collect all the drops from it as they should contain the Emper Embrace affix on the fodder which should make grinding your gear way faster. You could also try buying fodder from the shop with Emper Embrace on them. Otherwise, keep collecting other fodder.
