Whittill is great, if you can grind it out for the titles I'd definitely recommend it. I would but I'm 400 or so titles under for the second version of the rear (only one I want), but if you're willing, go for it.

Not like you have much choice, since all the good 12*s are drop only.

I see so the 4th one on the xq category must mean it applies to all xq but at a lower lvl then.

For those that managed to run solo PD, do union boosters also drop from the end crystal, or are they just quest rewards?
And if they do drop, how many?
