Is there a specific quest to unlock Harukotan or do I just need to keep playing? I'm level 12 at the current moment.

there was no quest for players that arent new but u may ahve to unlock it the same way as the other areas

Level up some and Koffie will inform you that she has a quest for you. Try going towards the campship if it won't trigger. If it still won't show, there's probably some early stuff you still need to do.

I inherited an inactive team so I merged it with another active team. The leader sent me a request then poof, team got absorbed and they gained all of my leftover team points.
