1- hunter is the best sub for this build? i read hu got nerf,thats why i'm asking
2- Average or weak stance?
3- do we really have 80 SP at level 70? O.o
4- right now what are the best katana PAs to use?
5- is ok if i put full S-atk on the mag? Edit: or a katana only build need dex? and how much?
6- can i do everything only with katana? or bow is "needed" to kill something?

i'll try to answer most of these as best i can so here i go ..

1- hunter is still pretty much the best sub tree all around and no, they didn't get nerf, they actually got buffed!
2- average all the way, all the more so if you're pure katana
3- yes we do, lvl 30 class quest and lvl 45 give 5sp each
4- you'll have to try some on your own, asagiri rendan is pretty cookie-cutter though, i fancy fudou kushinashi myself (might have messed up that name)
5- yeah it's fine i think, bravers naturally are full of dex, you should be fine with a pure s-atk mag, if you're not sure though 25-30 dex won't hurt and they won't ruin your mag either
6- yeah, go rambo, usually what you can't reach with your katana you can reach it while under katana combat
7- don't worry about that, you're understandable, i myself aren't a native english speaker

1. Hunter is still a good sub, fighter is also good if you're willing to put up with being slightly squishier and position your self right.
2. Average.
3. There's two COs for each class that give 5 SP each, so yes. They're at level 25 and 45 iirc.
4. Sakura End for general damage, shunka for a bit of mobility or cleaning up trash mobs, Haitou for PP dumping or building katana combat hits on large enemies, Kenran for AoE and building katana combat hits on large groups of enemies, and Asagari for gotta go fast. The rest are situational or useless but Gekka is ok for low pp cost dps if you use it while in the air.
5. Just S-atk is fine.
6. You should be able to do everything with a katana but having a bow just in case isn't bad idea. You don't have to build for it to at least use it to hit stuff.

About your skill tree. I'd take 5 points from S-atk up 1 and put them into fury combo up. Fury combo up actually requires you to do a certain number of just attacks in a row before it reaches full power, but at level 10 it's at full power from the start.

EDIT: To clarify I'm talking about the hunter tree, not the braver tree. You could also take a point out of apt/dex up in the braver tree and put it into rapid shoot, but since you don't seem interested in bows that's not important.

Did they really buff Kanran or am I seeing things?

Now for my real question, I can't quite recall my old Sakura endo damage, so can someone tell me how much the buffed it?

I would suggest at least getting iron will 10 if you're planning on going full glass cannon, it will help your survivability a lot.
