When is it worth it to level Fury Combo Up past level 5 in the Hu tree? Or should I always maintain it at level 10? Considering I only am able to have a single Hu skill tree, of course.

You will lose 5% for every first combo. If spending 5 points in other skills pays, it's ok. It depends on your build, I think.

I only know that rifle barrel length affects some PA and may cause fun stuff when using rifle point-blank

Extremely wonky. Patches arent working and endless tunnel loop with a VPN and proxy
