The one that you are given for free or can buy for 50 grinders is candy eraser, which lets you remove a candy without recovering it.
Still waiting on Benefits of Sub-Summoner. Kinda feels a bit wacky they didn't add more tacts(At least all class).

EDIT: Nevermind. I found out you have to the Tokyo Arks Quest and then Koffie will have a CO for completing the 2nd Tokyo Arks Quest.
Doing that unlocks Free Exploration and clearing that clears that part of the Story Board.
