Something's been bothering me for a somewhat long while. Has anyone experienced their connection to PSO2 servers become worse at the same time every day? It's been happening to me seemingly on a daily basis at 0:00 JST, when you'd think servers should lose some burden instead.

I feel like Cinderella here, who has her connection turn into a pumpkin by midnight.

EDIT: just tested - no box on B and below. Still don't know about difficulty though (probably not though)

I've done them on normal, and have gotten silver keys, and I think a gold as well.

Yes, in fact it just matters in general. Attribute rate gives a flat bonus to a weapon (ie. a weapon with 1000ATK and 50% attribute rate in actuality has 1500ATK [1000+.5[1000]); after that you get damage multipliers going on, so the lower attribute you have, the lower the damage you will potentially do.
(I'm recalling these numbers off the top of my head, so if there are errors, someone please correct me.)

Didn't get phase 2 if I remember it right .....
also the lobby and shop area will show something about "Arks Defeated" or something. It did happened once, I think .... during the 20x HP boost or something (because of broadcast's vote)? I forgot.
