About Gal Gryphon weapon series: can someone link me a picture or give an explanation about the medium and long range? I remember them having mislead names to the actual area of effect.

Medium range is the only latent that's really restrictive as its minimum effective range is actually smaller then the "long range" latent and it also has a maximum effective range, unlike the aforementioned latent.
Reference picture so you can see how terrible that latent is.
Is it worth getting back into this game? I played a couple years ago, so I don't know if it's changed for the better or for the worse.
By getting 5 duplicates of the said weapons.
define "worth getting back into".
If you're after PS deepest lore, it is wise to stay away from the game.
