how do i chat? i have the tweaker and i see people chatting in team form but im not on their team. how can i talk with them? ive played this before but its my first time using the tweaker

You are most likely seeing the Proxy's Global Chat. You just need make sure you are on the right chat channel to chat with them, or type goff! to disable it completely.

I can assure you that i dont act like a "kiddo" in fact, it was banned when i first downloaded Pso2

Proxy chat randomly bans people at times (me being an example) you gotta contact one of the mods if you wanna be unbanned.
