Did anyone test if Photon Gacha (フォトガチャン) can be set and used as non-premium player? Or it works the same as gift boxes (premium only can set it and premium and non-premium can open)?

No idea, spent all my fun on crafting decos that apparently are not necessary and didn't want to get an item that would, in the worse case scenario, rip my friend from their hard earned meseta since they are the only ones to step into my room (but now that I know crafting requests have to be made in the crafter room I see were the business may be, if that item is anything close to the PSU item)

The jp wiki doesn't list a potential on it yet sadly. Homever, when I looked earlier, the 9* all-class that share the same skin had gained FI's crazy heart as potential.
