Yes Break stance applies on every already broken breakable part : it's pretty much an unconditional stance against Magatsu.
I'm not sure for towers : logic says it would apply but sega is so inconsistent for this kind of stuff I'd rather not give any definitive answer.

No to Magatsu. Break stance does not apply to any part that is already broken unless it can be broken multiple times.

Isn't there a cap to RDR?

I'm planning to do this boosted PD with:
250 rdr
150 tri
50 donut
30 daily order
10 rdr from tree
?? rdr from random drink
LR units x 3
Timed ability x 3 ( arks fleet rdr 3)
10 temptation
10 lucky rise 3
I assume another 10 from the coming concert boost

And then there's the passive RDR boost to the quest. Not sure if that's counted to the RDR cap if there is one.

In the story translation thread AIDA mentioned something about how Segac did something to how the files link or reorganized them and thus has "broken" the the patch. It's all translated and such its just they old way it was patched in doesn't work with how the files were reorganized.

I'm trying to affix Modulator and Vinculum onto my armor but every time I select the fodder items, Vinculum/Mod never shows up on the possible eligible abilities...instead it will show any other ability on the fodder item except for what I need. Anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance for any help!

Modulator can't go along with Vinculum.
