Regarding ARKS league placements, tied players get the same placement and by proxy both get the same prize (as seen, both are 3rd and tied) but the further players continue to use correct placements (two players, so next is 5th place as was the case) for prizes.
...amusingly, if all players of the same league work together, it is possible to all be first place by all having the same score (above zero) and have all players in the same league gain 100 gems. But you probably already knew all that.

Outside of AC scratch, where do costumes and other items with star gem gauges come from? For example a king rappy suit with a star gem gauge, how does this occur?
Have been wondering about this for a while, seen with a good number of other not yet revived (since star gems first appeared) costumes or otherwise in my shops with them. (Or with a star-gem-already-taken note)

How do some items wind up with star gem gauges such as these? (Edited out names at top for safety!)

Could be wrong but as far as am aware, last time this costume type (hollow wanderer) was up on scratch was last halloween which was prior to the star gem update and by proxy shouldn't exist with a star gem gauge if it hasn't been revived anytime more recently.

Believe king rappy suit is only obtainable as a reward for trading in op stars via pso2es. The version received from doing so does not have the shown star gem gauge. (Traded in one only recently just before ranking week, so can confirm that suit does not come with star gem gauge) Shown item below does have gauge however.

Is there a method to transfer a star gem gauge onto another item? Is there a certain AC item that allows you to add on a SG gauge attachment? Or do the above examples have simple explanations and showed up in recent AC scratches?
How do these items exist?

It's someone using an exploit. Selling non SG outfits with SG on them.

More than likely they got a bonus from some type of purchase outside of in game stuff. Like buying the anime set or going to some event. Those are the obvious possibilities.

By memory, not particularly. About the same as most other seasonal emergencies, which isn't bad at all but at the same time not really notable either.
If you considered the previous harukotan seasonal good for experience then the halloween seasonal likely will be too.
