What is the maximum number of characters a player can have on one account?

The max amount of characters I think is now 20.

I must be during something wrong I shouldn't have to spam shifta and deband to get 3 minutes right?

Like Kmystic said, the Te skill that increases the duration of buffs per tic is techer main only. There's also a fighter skill, adrenaline, that's only for any buffs applied to you, (and your pet if you're a summoner) including from other sources. You could try getting the adrenaline ring if your goal isn't to buff other people and you aren't using fighter already.

Oh so that is what long time assist means by per tick. It should have just said per cast I just brought an extra FO skill tree.

Grinding an NT weapon from 34+ to 35+ is only an 8 point difference right? Is that for all NT weapons and not just Gail Fe Bliss?

If talking about green nodes, along the main line only free field forest (node 003-C) and free field las vegas (node 088-C) clears are necessary.
For most of the other extra cutscenes you just need to clear of the free field quests for tokyo, caves, desert, coast, tundra, and skyscape areas at least once.
The last extra cutscene instead requires doing one of Aika's CO's, whereas time attack "traces of darkness" must be cleared at least once at super hard or above difficulty with at least rank A. By memory, the CO is unavailable until you finish her other CO's.

Actual base damage point gain differs depending on weapon, so not necessarily 8 points for all NT weapons.
That being said, point gains from +31 to +35 are indeed extremely small compared to previous +30 for all NT weapons.

Alright thanks Ill just wait for next year till they bring back regiment and hope Gal can still drop it no point in keeping a file space occupied for an 8 point increase.

Is there any news about possible new classes? I know we've just had summoner but I'd still like to see something. Theres no decent working Tech based shooting class that isnt kinda gimmicky and doesnt tank all your dmg down to the point where bossing with it is a nightmare (Te/Ra was fun and all,but it just doesnt feel right)

I miss crossbows and shotguns,weh.
