Sega also seems to give them out regularly as campaign rewards. Check Bumped for more info. You can also get them as title and bingo rewards, and as a login bonus every so often.

They aren't items. It's an option in the quick menu. There might be another way to access them, but that's the only one I know off the top of my head.

I read that Katana Combat JA Bonus does not affect Combat Finish. If this is true, does that mean the 12 star katana boosting Combat JA Damage also doesn't affect finish, or do these two differ completely in the way they work?
Does negative effect from PP Convert skill ring activates Crazy heart and Crazy beat fighter's skills? Did anyone tested it? (don't really want to waste ingredients to test it)
No it doesn't. Limit Break, Falz/PD's HP cut yes, but PP Convert no.
