More than likely the site owner stopped paying the fee to keep the site up. In all honesty you shouldn't have been using that site because of how out of date it is and just stuck to using the jp wiki with google translate, if needed.
It's nice having both English and Japanese displayed for you at the same time, rather than having to switch back and forth. It may not have been up to date, but it's better than keeping a notepad or wishlist of kanji of consumable/etc items. Not to make it a big debate, but that site was around for a pretty good reason.
Does the level of Burn/Shock/Mirage/Panic matter for stunlocking? or can I just have a lv I as opposed to a lv V?
