In this case, I do not believe so since the only exchange shops that stick around are the Year badge ones.

Weird, the stones I saw in the Necky shop were Nero stones and Mining Base Defense stones (Torana and Pleiades).

I didn't see any UQ stones (Galeru and Yurlungr) there.

I agree that I do not expect the shop to continue to be available ("Limited" is part of the shop's name).

Quick EDIT: Eh, I was trying logging in and i get "Error 249 Unable to connect to the server - Please wait a while, then try connecting again. Please contact Technical Support if this error happens constantly."
(I checked ping test, it shouldn't problem at all the 250~280ms and 0% loss)
