You can raise the elemental values of NT weapons by contributing fodder weapons that share the same category and rarity as the base weapon.

Same Category + Same Rarity + Different Weapon = +1 Element
Same Name + Different Element = +10 Element
Same Name + Same Element = +Value of Fodder’s Element

The only way to get to +35 is to feed it duplicate weapons, so I don't think it is even possible to hit +35 without max element unless you somehow untekk with a super low % and a high cap unlock.
[Assume we have a 1% Fire 10*NT with a grind cap of +30; to get it to +35, we need to feed it 5 duplicates, and even assuming they are Light, they will each give 10%, so it will max out the element just by raising its grind cap]

They drop from lv60+ bosses, so yes. Though the boss depends on which weapon you are looking for.
Also, assuming this is for CF, a drop outside of Mother will not count for the sheet since it is a "Gauge will Only Increase in the Following Mission" type for the Nox.

Quick Menu, Camera Select. From there you will have 3 extra, static camera angles that you can adjust.

Been awhile since I played. Started messing around with raising my graphics settings and now for some reason the camera feels really close. Is there an option somewhere to zoom out or is this something thats tied to the resolution?
